Refund & Cancellation Policy
There are no paid plans during the public beta. What that means for cancellation, credits and refunds, and what will be published before the first sale.
Last updated: September 3, 2026
This page exists because our Terms of Service refer to it, and because it will carry the full policy once paid plans open. Until then, the rules are short.
1. During the public beta
- No charges. Every account is free. We hold no payment method and issue no invoices.
- Credits have no monetary value. The credits granted to a beta account measure AI work and history; they cannot be bought, sold, transferred or refunded, and they expire with the cycle that granted them.
- Cancel any time. Stop using the Services whenever you like. To close your account, email us; we delete it within 30 days, as described in the Privacy Policy. Export your data first — deletion is final.
- We can end the beta. With 30 days’ notice by email and an export window, as set out in the Terms. No compensation is owed for a free service that ends.
2. When paid plans open
Before the first sale, this page will be replaced by a full policy stating at least:
- How cancellation works and when it takes effect
- The fourteen-day right of withdrawal for consumers in the European Union, and how it interacts with immediate access to the Services
- What happens to unused credits and plan allowance
- The cases in which we refund professional customers
- Who the merchant of record is and how to reach them
Beta accounts will be told by email, 30 days before any plan is required, and will never be charged without choosing a plan and entering a payment method themselves.
