No. We meter checks, one search refreshed once, at the Source rate, and AI passes at 1 credit per 50 items. Every mention a check finds is stored for 90 days and delivered, whether that is three a month or three hundred a day. A quiet brand and a loud one pay the same for the same watching.

Following a handle polls the replies to its posts like a keyword, 4 credits a check on X. A new follow checks every 15m, 384 credits a day. The inbox goes down to X's floor on every plan, one check every 1m, which is 5,760 credits a day, and the Configure prints the daily cost beside each interval. A draft is one AI pass, 1 credit. Opening a reply whose conversation is incomplete loads it: up to 65 credits per missing link, charged on the tweets each search returns, up to 6 links, and never twice for the same conversation in a day.

A reply sent from Nephia is posted through X's official API, which bills every post and bills a post with a link far more; the rate covers that bill on every plan, Free included. It is charged only when X accepts the reply, and the price shows on the Send button before you press it, the link rate the moment a link appears in the text.

Divide the plan fee by its monthly allowance and multiply by the endpoint's rate, that is exactly what the “Cost per 1,000 calls” table does, on every paid tier and the PAYG pack. A check on each Source, an AI pass and the Vinted analytics reads are all priced there rather than left as arithmetic.

Platform failures are free: our timeouts, our 5xx, a Source we could not reach, and rate-limit rejections. A definitive answer is billed even when empty or not found, because we fulfilled the request. Malformed input rejected before it touches a Source costs nothing.

Keywords pause with insufficient_credits, criteria and state are kept, nothing is deleted. API reads that spend credits, a Meaning search, an AI pass, answer 402 with a machine-readable code rather than a truncated payload. Your balance never goes negative, and we never meter a check we could not debit.

Monthly allowances reset each cycle, the free 1,000 included, and a paid allowance clears when the plan ends. Credit packs persist until spent, on any tier, including Free.

The plan fee is billed yearly at ten months instead of twelve, two months free. Credits still land monthly, and packs stay pay-as-you-go.

Upgrades prorate the unused time immediately and grant the full new allowance. Downgrades are immediate with no refund; allowance above the new quota is discarded, and keywords over the new cap or below the new minimum interval pause until they fit. Change plan as often as you like.

Keywords, terms, freshness and AI. A keyword is one thing you watch, a brand, a competitor, a topic, across as many sources as you like; a search on it can carry several terms at once, so a brand plus its variants is one keyword and one poll, not three. The plan sets how many keywords you can run, how many terms each search carries, and how often we check. Credits are the meter underneath: every poll and every API call spends them, and every plan includes far more than a monitoring account uses. Solo is $19/month for 3 keywords at 10 terms each.

No, and that is the point. A search carries a list of terms and they are OR'd into a single request upstream, so “nephia”, “nephia.cc” and a common misspelling are one poll at the cost of one check. Your plan caps the list, 3 terms on Free, 10 on Solo, 50 on Pro, and the sources whose own search cannot do boolean OR (Hacker News and Bluesky both silently AND everything they are given) take one term and say so rather than quietly returning nothing.

The keyword stops checking and pauses with insufficient_credits. It is not deleted: criteria and state stay. Topping up does not resume it automatically, you call resume after the balance covers the next check. Your balance never goes negative, and we do not meter a check we could not debit. A charged call that lacks credits answers 402 with a machine-readable code rather than a truncated payload.

Freshness is exactly the interval you set. Source floors apply today (X, Reddit and YouTube ≥60s, Bluesky, Hacker News and RSS ≥120s, and 15s on Vinted); Plans also gate a higher minimum. A keyword created with backfill runs one immediate search so its feed has content straight away. We do not hand you a stale cache and call it live.

From the same credit pool as your checks, no separate AI plan, seat, or add-on. Reading an existing stream costs 1 credit per 50 items. Asking the model to propose buckets costs 10 credits plus 1 per 50 items read. Re-running an identical analysis over an unchanged window costs nothing. The AI never gates the data: your raw collections are byte-identical with it on or off, and if you never turn it on you never pay a credit for it.

Every event POST carries a timestamped X-Signature header (t=…,v1=…): HMAC-SHA256 of the timestamp plus the exact raw JSON body, signed with your Account's webhook signing secret. Verify against the raw bytes before parsing and reject stale timestamps to block replays. Non-2xx and network failures retry three times, immediate, then +30s, then +2 min, and failed events stay available for replay for 48 hours. Retries never cost extra credits: the check was metered when we polled, not when we delivered.

Inbound product quota is per Account, every API key on that Account shares one bucket. Free 60/min, Solo 350/min, Growth 700/min, Pro 1200/min. Credit packs do not raise the quota. Over the limit you get 429 with Retry-After, and no credit is deducted for the rejection. Checks run on our worker schedule, separate from your own request burst.

We read publicly reachable pages. No signing into accounts, no private messages, no paywalled or auth-walled content, no rebuilding personal profiles to resell. Each Source restricts automated access in its own terms, those terms constrain you as much as us, and what you build with the output, under which jurisdiction, for which purpose, is your call and your liability. Sources also change and sometimes block: we adapt, and we tell you when one degrades instead of quietly serving yesterday’s rows. This is a description of how we operate, not legal advice.

Only as long as delivery needs them. Failed webhook events stay in the dead-letter window (48 hours) for replay, then drop. What we do keep is a keyword's own matches, readable from its feed, and the usage ledger, which call, which Source, how many credits, as your invoice and audit trail.

Cancel from the dashboard (Manage billing), which opens the Creem customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you already paid for; until then your paid plan and entitlements stay active. Upgrading charges the unused-time price difference immediately and grants the full new monthly allowance once confirmed. Downgrading is also immediate, with no refund for unused higher-tier time. Active keywords over the new cap or below the new minimum interval are paused automatically, resume them once they fit. There is no limit on how often you can change plan.
