Will it find anything for a small brand?
Yes, from the first run. A new Query starts with a backfill of what the sources already hold, so your first mentions land in minutes rather than the next time someone posts. A brand with ten mentions a month gets the ten, read and ranked; a brand with none is told so instead of being shown noise.

How fast after a post?
On the first check after it is posted. Free checks every hour, Solo every 15 minutes, Growth every 5 minutes and Pro every minute; the mention is in your Feed, in Slack or at your webhook on that check, with its sentiment, its intent and the draft if it ranked worth one.

What does the AI read on each mention?
Four things. A sentiment, positive, negative, a question or mixed. An intent, a complaint, a question, purchase intent, a comparison or praise. A bucket, filed against the plain-sentence instruction you gave the Query. And a rank: what deserves an answer sorts to the top by reach, and the same post seen on two Sources is one line. Counted figures (mentions, reach) come straight from the rows; inferred ones are labelled inferred. Anything you moved by hand stays where you put it, the model never overwrites a correction. It costs 1 credit per 50 items, from the same pool as your Watch ticks, and leaving it off changes nothing else.

Does it post replies for me?
No. It drafts, in the tone you pick, neutral, friendly or formal, for the mentions it ranked worth an answer. You edit, copy and post it yourself, in your own session on the platform. Nothing leaves Nephia in your name.

Can it tell me whether ChatGPT mentions my brand?
Yes. A Watch on the AI answers Source asks ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity your market's question on a schedule and reads the reply like any other mention: which brands it names, which sites it cites, and whether you are in it, tracked over time. Each run of a prompt costs 100 credits per engine, because the answer is bought from the engine rather than read from a public page.

What about LinkedIn?
Not yet. LinkedIn has no public search and blocks automated reading, so a Watch on it would come back empty. We are looking at it, and we would rather say that than ship a source that returns nothing.
Do I need a card to start?
No. Nephia is in public beta and free: signing in with Google or email puts 20,000 credits on the Account every month, and those run real calls against live Sources, not a sandbox. Paid plans and credit packs arrive with the commercial launch.
