A check on Reddit costs 4 credits, and Reddit is never checked more often than every minute. Credits meter the checks: the mentions they find are never capped. Nothing is charged during the public beta.

Does it catch comments, or only posts?
Both. A Watch reads posts, comments, or both in one check. Posts or comments alone cost 4 credits a check; both cost 8 credits, because a check then reads two listings.
Can I watch a subreddit without a keyword?
Yes. With no term, the Watch reports every new post or comment in the subreddits you name. With a term, it keeps the ones that match.
Is this a replacement for GummySearch?
For the monitoring half, yes: it tells you when your brand, a competitor or your market’s question comes up. It is not an audience research tool, and it does not browse subreddits for you.
