Does watching three spellings of my brand cost three times as much?
No, and that is the point. A search carries a list of terms and they are OR'd into a single request upstream, so “nephia”, “nephia.cc” and a common misspelling are one poll at one tick's cost. Your plan caps the list, 3 terms on Free, 10 on Solo, 50 on Pro, and the sources whose own search cannot do boolean OR (Hacker News and Bluesky both silently AND everything they are given) take one term and say so rather than quietly returning nothing.

Will a competitor know I am watching?
No. Nephia reads public posts; it follows nobody, likes nothing and posts nothing, so there is nothing for anyone to see.
