Every mention Nephia catches on 14 sources is yours through a REST API: 137 operations under /v1, called with an x-api-key header.
The same matches can arrive as signed webhooks the moment a check finds them, or through the MCP server in your own agent.
A Watch check costs 1–100 credits depending on the source, from the plan’s one credit pool, and the mentions it finds are never capped.

Mentions are one stream, whatever source caught them. Filter it by source, intent, sentiment, author or date; search it by text, or by meaning.

Webhooks, signed and retried
Give a Watch a webhook URL and each match is POSTed to it with the full item, and its sentiment and intent when the AI read it. Every delivery is signed with your account’s secret, retried on failure and kept for replay; the details are in the questions below.
A Watch without a webhook records every match all the same, readable from its events for free.

A call is one request or one Watch check. Listing your mentions by text, your Watches and their events costs nothing. Planned prices: nothing is charged during the public beta.
For agents
The MCP server exposes the same mentions and Queries as tools, behind an OAuth sign-in rather than a key. Claude, Cursor and ChatGPT connect to it with one URL.
Questions
How do webhooks retry, and how do I know a delivery is mine?
Every event POST carries a timestamped X-Signature header (t=…,v1=…): HMAC-SHA256 of the timestamp plus the exact raw JSON body, signed with your Account's webhook signing secret. Verify against the raw bytes before parsing and reject stale timestamps to block replays. Non-2xx and network failures retry three times, immediate, then +30s, then +2 min, and failed events stay available for replay for 48 hours. Retries never cost extra credits: the tick was metered when we polled, not when we delivered.

What are the rate limits?
Inbound product quota is per Account, every API key on that Account shares one bucket. Free 60/min, Solo 350/min, Growth 700/min, Pro 1200/min. Credit packs do not raise the quota. Over the limit you get 429 with Retry-After, and no credit is deducted for the rejection. Watch ticks run on our worker schedule, separate from your own request burst.

Are failed calls billed?
Platform failures are free: our timeouts, our 5xx, a Source we could not reach. Rate-limit rejections (429) are free, and so is a refused pull (410). A definitive answer is billed even when empty or not found (404), because we fulfilled the request. Malformed input rejected before it touches a Source costs nothing.
