What it does

You name what to watch: a brand, a product, a competitor. Nephia checks the Sources you pick on a schedule, reads each mention for sentiment and intent, drafts a reply, and sends the ones worth answering to Slack, Discord, email or a webhook.

The same mentions are yours through the API, signed webhooks and an MCP server for your own agents. What each plan includes is on the pricing page.

Who publishes it

Nephia is operated by an individual based in France. It is in public beta, and nothing is for sale. The publisher details French law requires are on the legal notice.
